1. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Strict Cancellation Policy:
The 20% deposit to secure your booking is NON-refundable if cancellation is initiated by the client less than 72 hours (3 days) in advance.
- Cancellations by Client:
- More than 72 hours before departure: 50% refund of deposit.
- Less than 72 hours: No refund.(Due to operational costs already incurred).
- No Show: If you do not show up at departure time (6:00 AM), 100% of the deposit is lost.
- Cancellations by Operator: In case of force majeure (weather prohibiting sailing), we will offer a rescheduling at no cost or 100% refund of the deposit.
2. Right of Admission and Conduct
Gozadera Express fosters a safe fun environment. We reserve the right of admission and permanence:
- Boarding will be denied to people in extreme intoxication before departure.
- Zero tolerance for aggressive behavior, harassment, or lack of respect towards staff or passengers. In these cases, the passenger will be removed from the tour without right to refund.
