1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Gozadera Express. By booking our services, you (the "Passenger") unconditionally accept these terms. Gozadera Express is not just transport, it is an experience production company; by participating, you agree to be part of a documented social event.
2. Itinerary and Punctuality (The All-In Rule)
We operate under a "Military Quality" schedule to ensure the experience:
- Punctual Departure: The bus leaves strictly at 6:00 AM from the Olympic Center. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early (5:45 AM). No refunds are given for late arrival.
- Timed Stops: Certain stops, such as the Samaná Malecon, have a strict time limit (e.g., 30 minutes). Failure to adhere to schedules affects the group and will not be tolerated.
- Bus Locking: During beach time, the bus will remain locked and secured. Make sure to take everything you need (sunscreen, towel, kit) with you.
3. Code of Conduct and Safety
To maintain the "Premium Tropical" vibe:
- Safe Environment: Smoking or vaping is prohibitedinside the bus at all times.
- Right of Admission: We reserve the right to deny boarding or interrupt service to passengers with aggressive, disruptive behavior, or excessive intoxication that puts the group's safety at risk.
- Gozadera Kit: Using the Thermal Cup and wristband/ID is mandatory to access drinks and VIP areas.
4. Image Rights (Media Release)
Important Notice:
Gozadera Express documents the entire experience with professional photography and video (Drone). By attending, you automatically cede rights to use your image for promotional purposes, aftermovies, and brand social media content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
5. Gastronomy and Logistics
- Menu Choice: Changes to lunch or breakfast choices are only allowed up to 72 hours (3 days) before departure.
- Luggage: Due to limited space, only backpacks or handbags are allowed. Large rigid suitcases are not accepted.
6. Payments and Cancellations
See our detailed Cancellation Policy . Booking deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 72 hours in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for items forgotten on the bus or in public areas.
- Gozadera Express acts as a facilitator; we are not responsible for incidents caused by third-party providers or force majeure (extreme weather), although we guarantee rescheduling in case of official sailing bans.
